Booking terms & privacy.
These terms apply when you book and pay for a Showroom Valet on stainlessstan.com. They're short, and written to be read.

01Your booking
The Showroom Valet costs R650 per vehicle, paid in full online when you book. It includes a hand wash and dry, full interior vacuum, detailed interior valet, The Lagoon Shine machine wax and under car water jetting. Extra dirty cars and dog hair are covered at no extra charge.
When you book, you choose a drop-off day and a morning or afternoon slot. Your booking is confirmed once payment goes through, and we'll WhatsApp you to confirm the exact drop-off time.
All other washes on our menu are walk-in only and paid at the wash. These terms don't apply to them.
02Rescheduling
You can move your booking to another day at no charge, as long as you let us know at least 24 hours before your drop-off time.
If you miss your booking, it isn't lost. Contact us and we'll rebook you for another day.
To reschedule, WhatsApp us on 061 105 3523 with your booking reference (it starts with SS-).
03Cancellations & refunds
Cancel 7 or more days before your drop-off date and we'll refund the full R650.
Cancel less than 7 days before your drop-off date and we'll reschedule your valet to a day that suits you instead of refunding it.
If you can't make your booking because of the death or hospitalisation of the person the booking was for, we'll refund you in full, whenever you tell us.
If we have to cancel your booking, you choose: a new date, or a full refund.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with. We process them within 5 business days of agreeing the refund; your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
04Payment & security
Online payments are processed by Yoco, a registered South African payment provider. You pay on Yoco's secure checkout page by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We never see or store your card details.
This website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), shown by the padlock in your browser. Prices are in South African rand.
05Privacy
We follow the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Here's what that means for you.
- What we collect: your name, mobile number, email address if you give it, a description of your car if you give it, and your booking date and time.
- Why: only to deliver your booking, contact you about it, and send your receipt.
- Who else handles it: Yoco processes your payment. Your booking details are stored in our booking system on Google, and our website runs on Cloudflare. We don't sell your details or use them for marketing.
- How long we keep it: only as long as we need it for the booking and our financial records.
- Your rights: you can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing us. If you're unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
